Payment of Fees
  1. Fees payable at the time of registration must be paid before admission as a College student.
     
  2. Fees payable at the beginning of each subsequent semester, unless otherwise specified, must be paid within two weeks from the date of the commencement of the semester, failing which the name of the student will be deleted from the Register without further notification. Such fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable when a student withdraws from the course.
     
  3. Students will be advised on the total fees payable in their student bills or notices displayed on the School noticeboards.
     
  4. A late fee of RM5.00 per week with effect from the last day for fee payment as stated in the student bills will be imposed on students who do not pay on or before the due date.
     
  5. Unless otherwise specified, payment of fees must be made by Bank Draft / Money Order in favour of 'Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman'. No cash / cheque will be accepted.
     
  6. Students who wish to leave the College must notify the Registrar in writing; failure to do so will render them liable to all fees due to the College.

(Note: The College reserves the right to revise fees from time to time without prior notice. As and when fees are revised, the new fees will apply to all existing and new students.)

Fees for Resit Examination / Repeating Unit(s)

A student will have to pay RM50.00 per unit to resit an examination. A student who repeats one or more units will have to pay tuition fee at the prevailing rate per credit for the repeating unit(s).

Fees for Award Assessment

Award Assessment fee of RM50.00, RM60.00 and RM70.00 for Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma level respectively will be payable in the second semester.

Refund of Caution Money

Subject to satisfactory conduct, caution money (less any liabilities) may only be refunded on application after a student has completed or withdrawn from his/her last course of study at the College. The application for the refund should be made within one year from date of completion or withdrawal from the College.

Refund of Fees for Newly Registered Student Who Withdraws

2. Withdrawal AFTER Commencement of Course
 
There is strictly no refund of all fees paid if notification of withdrawal is received after the commencement of the Course.
   
3. For students who pay and register AFTER the commencement of the course,
  there is strictly no refund of all fees upon withdrawal from the course.
   
4. All notification of withdrawal must be made in writing.
