The School of Arts and Science was established in 1972. The School currently offers Certificate, Diploma
and Advanced Diploma cum Bachelor Degree (Campbell University, USA) courses. The course structures and
syllabi of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma are so designed and arranged that students will be
simultaneously prepared for the BACHELOR OF SCIENCE (BS) DEGREE conducted by the School in
conjunction with CAMPBELL UNIVERSITY, Buies Creek, North Carolina, USA. Students who have
successfully completed the Degree course will be conferred the Bachelor of Science Degree (Campbell
University). Campbell University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of
Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award the Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree conducted at Tunku Abdul
Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The course structures and syllabi of the Diploma and Advanced
Diploma courses have been designed in which there is combination of various subject units from two or more
science disciplines as well as associated studies units. Currently, the courses include the areas of Chemistry
& Biology, Computer Science & Mathematics, Microelectronics & Physics, Information Systems Engineering,
Business Information Systems, Internet Technology, Interactive Software Technology and Sport & Exercise
Science. Graduates of Diploma will be promoted to Advanced Diploma cum Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree
course with credit transfer. The course structures and syllabi of the Certificate courses are designed to
equip students with the necessary basic skills and knowledge to prepare them for the job market. Graduates
of the Certificate courses can be admitted into Year 1, Semester 2 of the relevant Diploma courses in the
