Certificate in Apparel Manufacturing

This Certificate course aims to produce trained personnel to meet the requirements of the apparel and textile industry. The course provides technical and scientific grounding necessary to students who are interested in employment in the apparel and textile industry.
 
   Academic Progression

Students who have obtained the Certificate can proceed to the corresponding Diploma course at TAR College.

   Career Prospects

Graduates of the Certificate in Apparel Manufacturing may be employed as technicians, engineering assistants or production supervisors in the apparel and textile industry.

   Minimum Entry Requirements
   
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) as follows:-
(i) 3 credits
(ii) Pass in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language
   
A pass in the English Language (1119 Level) course conducted by the Extra-Mural Studies Department (EMSD) is recognised as satisfying the English Language requirement for admission to the Certificate course.
