Students who have obtained the
Certificate can proceed to the
corresponding Diploma course at
TAR College.
Career prospects are good for
graduates of the Certificate in
Technology (Materials and
Manufacturing Engineering) as they
can find employment in a wide range
of manufacturing and service
industries or firms such as those
concerned with iron and steel
products, processing and fabrication
of metals, ceramics, plastics, rubber
composites and glass, in machinery
or other heavy industries and also in
the electrical, electronic, chemical
and petroleum industries. They may
be employed as quality control
technicians or service and
maintenance technicians.
