Introduction
The STPM Course at Tunku Abdul Rahman College provides students with the option of pursuing an eighteen-month Science or Arts course, upon meeting the minimum entry requirement. These courses prepare the students adequately for entry into degree courses for both local and overseas universities. Another distinctive feature of the Tunku Abdul Rahman College STPM is that it encompasses all the rubrics and guidelines of the examination body, the Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia (MPM).

Students are given the opportunity to experience quality affordable education within a conducive campus style environment complete with state-of-the-art facilities.

Here students are given the flexibility to select from a number of subject combination packages, each customised to suit individual student’s interests, needs and requirements.

The School offers a package of four principal subjects (with Pengajian Am as a compulsory subject) and the Malaysian University English Test (MUET). Students intending to take a fifth principal subject are required to pursue the subject on their own initiative if the subject is not found within the selected combination of subjects. The School reserves the right to change the above subject combinations without prior notice.
 
* Students who wish to register for Mathematics S must have a good grade in SPM Additional Mathematics.
** Students who wish to register for Computing must have a good grade in SPM Mathematics.
