The Certificate in Hospitality Management (Tourism) course provides school leavers with a strong foundation in hospitality management with emphasis on tourism management.
 
    Academic Progression
 
Graduates can proceed to the corresponding Diploma at TAR College.
 
    Career Prospects
 
Graduates may be employed as support staff in areas of work related to the hospitality industry, e.g. in tour or travel agencies, tourist attractions, resorts, hotels or restaurants.
 
    Minimum Entry Requirements
 
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) as follows:-
(i) 3 credit passes in any arts / science subjects
(ii) Pass in Bahasa Melayu and English Language
 
A pass in the General English course conducted by the Extra-Mural Studies Department (EMSD) is recognised as satisfying the English Language requirement for admission to the Certificate course.
