The Perak Branch Campus first began operations on the 5 January 1998 on temporary premises in 5 shoplots in Taman Bandar Baru, Kampar. The present permanent campus occupying a land area of 50 acres was officially launched by the then Deputy Prime Minister YAB Datuk Seri Abdullah bin Haji Ahmad Badawi on 18 May 2003.
 
   
The Perak Branch Campus, only 5 minutes drive from town, consists of 11 buildings which include the following:

  • Clubhouse with an Olympic-sized swimming pool
  • Student Center with canteen facilities
  • Hospitality Management Block
  • Lecture Halls and Mini Lecture Halls
