  The intake for international students is only for TAR University College Kuala Lumpur Main Campus.  
1.    Download the International Student Application Form.
2.   Complete the application form and submit the following:-
Application fee of MYR 600/USD 200 (non-refundable) in the form of Bank Draft/Bankerís Cheque made payable to ĎKolej Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahmaní. Please write your name, passport number and country on the reverse side of the Bank Draft/Bankerís Cheque for identification purposes. (Personal cheque/cash is NOT accepted)†
Certified true copy of certificate of award
Certified true copy of academic transcripts
Certified true copy of English Language proficiency test result (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS)
Certified true copy of school leaving certificate
Certified true copy of birth certificate
8 recent passport-sized colour photographs with only BLUE background (3.5cm ◊ 5.0cm)
2 copies of ALL pages of passport with certified pages (cover to cover including blank pages) with at least 2 years validity.
Photocopy of MyPR Card (for Permanent Resident (PR) only)
No Objection Certificate (NOC) for students from Sub-Saharan Africa (if applicable)
Certified true copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate (if applicable)
A full curriculum vitae (if applicants are above 21 years old) and a letter from the previous employer (where applicable)
Note: All documents must be certified true copy by a solicitor, Justice of Peace, Commissioner for Oath or Notary Public. A certified copy should carry a certificate, stamp or seal, and the certifier's signature.

Documents in foreign language must be translated into English. The original translation must contain confirmation from the translator or translation company that it is an accurate translation of the original document; the date of the translation; the full name and signature of the translator or of an authorised official of the translation company; and the translator or translation company's contact details.

To be considered for admission to a programme of study, applicants must meet the entry requirements. Meeting the entry requirements, however, does not necessarily guarantee admission to the programme.
All documents submitted to the University College will be treated with confidentiality. The document will become part of the official files of the University College and cannot be released or returned to the student or another institution.
Generally, the application closing date is 3 months prior to the intake. Incomplete application or application received after the closing date will automatically be considered for the next available intake. For incomplete application, if TAR University College does not receive the required documents by the closing date of the next intake, the application will be rejected based on insufficient information.
