The Library provides access to a number of subscribed online databases.

FOR ON-CAMPUS & REMOTE ACCESS

  • ACM Digital Library
    Provides access to the full-text of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) publications, comprising journals, magazines, transactions, proceedings and others which focus on computer science, electronic, mechanical and other branches of engineering.

  • EBSCOhost Business Source Complete
    Provides access to the full-text of over 2,600 journals in all disciplines of business, including marketing, management, management information system (MIS), production and operations management (POM), accounting, finance and economics.

  • Emerald
    Provides access to more than 220 full-text journals covering:
    • Management and business disciplines (marketing, HR & organizational behaviour, economics, accounting & finance, etc.)
    • Engineering disciplines (electrical & electronic engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, etc.

  • Passport (formerly known as Passport GMID) 
    A global market research database providing statistics, analysis, reports, surveys and breaking news on industries, countries and consumers worldwide.

    Library users must accept the "Terms and Conditions" to access the database.

- Provides access to the full-text of more than 120,000 e-books covering various academic areas of study, including business and economics, computing and information technology, social sciences, psychology, life sciences, etc.

    Provides access to over 1,800 full-text journals covering subject areas below:
    1. Physical Sciences and Engineering Collection: chemical engineering, chemistry, computer science, earth and planetary sciences, energy, engineering, materials science, mathematics, physics and astronomy.
    2. Life Sciences Collection: agricultural and biological sciences, biochemistry, genetics and molecular biology, and immunology and microbiology.
    3. Health Sciences Collection: pharmacology, toxicology and pharmaceutical science.
    4. Social Sciences and Humanities Collection: psychology (applied psychology, clinical psychology, developmental and educational psychology, experimental and cognitive psychology, neuropsychology and physiological psychology, general psychology and social psychology).

    Online Library of Malaysian Laws containing Law Library (Acts of Parliament, Amendment Acts, etc.), e-Gazette, Judgments and Law Dictionary databases.
    **Authentication is required. To login, please approach the library staff at the Reference Desk/ Information Counter, Main Library.
