Tunku Abdul Rahman College Merit Scholarship
 

TAR College awards merit scholarship to students with outstanding results for their studies in the College.

The scholarship covers full or partial College tuition fee based on students' eligibility. The scholarship will be tenable for the duration of the course subject to satisfactory academic performance and good conduct.

Eligible candidates will be awarded the merit scholarship upon registration with the College.

Tunku Abdul Rahman College - The Star Education Fund Scholarship
 
TAR College, through The Star Education Fund offers 20 scholarship awards annually to deserving and needy students to further their studies at the College.

The award covers full tuition, registration and orientation fees for the whole duration of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma course.

   Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be below 25 years of age, possess good academic results, and must be active in sports / co-curricular activities. Applicants must NOT be bonded to or in receipt of any financial aid or rewards from other educational institutions or organisations.

   Application Procedure

Invitations for applications for the scholarships are advertised in The Star newspaper between February to April. Students can download the scholarship application form from http://thestar.com.my/edufund/ when the advertisement appears in The Star newspaper or obtain the form from The Star Education Fund by submitting a stamped (40sen) self-addressed envelope (25cm x 30cm) to:

TAR College, through Nanyang Tertiary Education Fund offers 10 scholarship awards annually to deserving and needy students to further their studies at the College.

The award also covers full tuition, registration and orientation fees for the whole duration of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma course.
