Guidelines on Payment of Fees

  1. New students to pay their fees in full at the time of registration before or on the date stipulated in the ‘Payment Details’ advice.

  2. Full fees payable at the beginning of each subsequent semester, unless otherwise specified, must be paid within two weeks from the date of the commencement of the semester, failing which the students shall be withdrawn without further notification. For withdrawal due to non-payment of fees, the withdrawal date shall be the commencement date of the semester.

  3. Students will be advised on the total fees payable through the University College Intranet.

  4. Payment of fees must be made on or before the due date stated in the letter of offer/student bill by one of the following methods:-
    1. Online Payment via:
      1. Public Bank Internet Banking
      2. JomPAY via Internet or Mobile Banking Service
    2. Cash payment at Public Bank Branches
    3. Payment Counter, Bursary at KL Main Campus or Administration Office of respective Branch through:
      1. Cheque/Banker’s cheque payable to ‘KOLEJ UNIVERSITI TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN’ 
      2. Public Bank debit card and credit card

  5. Students who fail to notify the University College on their withdrawal of studies will render them liable to all fees due.

  6. Fees paid are STRICTLY non-refundable and non-transferable.



The University College reserves the right to revise fees from time to time and when fees ada revised, the new fees will apply to all current and new students. All information is correct at the time of posting. The University College reserves the right to ammend the information without prior notice.
