TAR UMT organised a one-week Cultural Study Tour for students from NU, from 4 January to 10 January 2026, providing participants with a comprehensive programme comprising academic engagement, cultural immersion, language enhancement sessions, and experiential learning activities.

18 October 2025

Senior officers from Nanning University, together with representatives from the Nanning Foreign Affairs Office, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, visited TAR UMT on 18 October 2025.

The visit aimed to strengthen educational cooperation and explored potential collaboration in academic exchange and research development. During the visit, a Cooperation Agreement was signed between TAR UMT and Nanning University, marking a new step towards enhancing mutual understanding and partnership between both institutions.

TAR UMT organised a one-week study tour for international students from NU, which included cultural activities, English workshops, “Fun with Bahasa Melayu” sessions, and sightseeing activities, held from 7 July 2025 to 13 July 2025.

21 June 2024

TAR UMT has been invited by NU to attend the Nanning University Open Cooperation and Development Conference on 21 June 2024. The conference, themed "Deepening Opening-Up and Cooperation, Joining Hands for Promoting Development," will include activities such as cooperation agreements, platform unveilings, forum discussions, and cultural exchanges. It aims to create a collaborative platform for Chinese universities, ASEAN universities, and enterprises, driving new initiatives in talent cultivation and international exchange.
