TAR UMT, Jining Polytechnic, and Qingdao Haizhichen Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Cooperation in Vocational Education on 25 September 2025.

The MoU reflects the three parties’ shared commitment to promoting collaboration in vocational education. It aims to foster school–enterprise exchanges and cooperation based on the principles of complementary advantages and win-win partnership, contributing to mutual growth and development.
