From 9 August to 12 August 2023

TAR UMT had collaborated with UEU on the International Researchers & Student Conference  2023 held between 9 and 12 August 2023.

This conference was a collaboration among nine (9) Universities including  Can Tho University, Universitas Tarumanagara, Petra Christian University, University of Danang,  Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University, Duta Wacana Christian University, Heriot-Watt University and TAR UMT.

21 March 2023

The Memorandum of Agreement for Dual Bachelor Degree Award Collaborative Programme and Memorandum of Agreement for Dual Master Degree Award Collaborative Programme between TAR UMT and Universitas Esa Unggul were signed on 21 March 2023.  Both Agreements defined the specific collaborative arrangements governing the conduct of the Dual Bachelor Degree Award Collaborative Programme and Dual Master  Degree Award Collaborative Programme.

Under the Staff Exchange programme, staff from the Universitas Esa Unggul was invited to be the guest lecturer to deliver teaching to students at TAR UMT.

18 October 2022

The Staff Exchange Agreement between TAR UMT and Universitas Esa Unggul was signed on 18 October 2022.

2 June 2022

The Chairman of Board of Governors, member of the Board and Senior Officials of TAR UMT visited UEU on 2 June 2022. During the visitation, both Universities had gained an insight into future trends in education, research and innovation in Indonesia and how the universities collaborate with the industry and contribute to the wider community. Both Universities also had a sharing session on effective governance and long-term sustainability of universities.

The Student Exchange Agreement between TAR UMT and UEU was signed on 23 May 2022.

19 May 2022

The Faculty of Social Science and Humanities (FSSH) Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology hosted the TAR UMT 1st international student conference on social science and humanities 2022 - embracing change and transformation on 19 May 2022. The conference was open for Social Science and Humanities undergraduate and post-graduate students from TAR UMT, TAR UMT ASEAN partner universities as well as other Malaysian IHLs. The conference covers a wide range of topics in the social sciences and humanities, including but not limited to culture, language, literature, politics, history, religion, economics, psychology, counseling, hospitality, tourism, education, management, and other related fields. Presenters and participants were from TAR UMT, University of Ibadan and Universitas Esa Unggul.

20 April 2022

Staff from the Faculty of Accountancy, Finance and Business of TAR UMT visited UEU on 20 April 2022 to promote international understanding, scholarly and collaboration, cultural interaction and friendship between the two universities.

9 December 2021

TAR UMT collaborated with Universitas Esa Unggul in organizing a virtual Research Sharing on 9 December 2021.

This online session aims to provide the opportunity for student researchers to share their research that focuses on specific or cross-discipline.

TAR UMT collaborated with Universitas Esa Unggul in organizing a virtual Student Exchange Programme between 22 November 2021 and 3 December 2021.

This programme aims to broaden students’ worldview and to provide the opportunity to the student to be able to learn from the academicians and students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

TAR UMT collaborated with Universitas Esa Unggul and its international partners to organize an international competition - Idea2Business International Competition 2021 between 20 August 2021 and 20 October 2021.

9 April 2021

A virtual Memorandum of Understanding between TAR UMT and Universitas Esa Unggul has been signed on 9 April 2021, and a webinar was held on the same day after the signing ceremony.

This MoU was signed to provide a framework in the collaboration activities and promote cooperation in a wide variety programs and projects, taking into consideration the principle of mutual interests, equal rights, and respect of each other's independence.
