The visit focused on reinforcing partnerships in student and staff exchange, research collaboration, and academic programs. This visit underscored the commitment to ongoing initiatives while exploring novel opportunities, emphasizing the dynamic and evolving nature of the academic alliance between TAR UMT and Saigon University.

The Memorandum of Understanding between TAR UMT and Saigon University was signed on 18 August 2023. TAR UMT and Saigon University were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
