The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Education between TAR UMT and HBPU was signed on 24 March 2025.  TAR UMT and HBPU were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
