TAR UMT organised a six-day study tour for international students from Zibo Polytechnic University, which included cultural activities and workshops, an English workshop, “Fun with Bahasa Melayu” sessions, and sightseeing activities, from 19 to 24 July 2025.

On 20 March 2025, senior officials from Zibo Polytechnic University visited TAR UMT to further explore collaboration opportunities. This visit builds upon the strong ties established during previous engagements, reaffirming the commitment to academic and industry cooperation. Discussions focused on expanding partnerships in education and training, fostering deeper collaboration for mutual growth.

On 23 April 2024, representatives from Zibo Polytechnic University visited TAR UMT to explore potential collaboration opportunities.

Simultaneously, the Granting Ceremony of the Malaysia Luban-Mozi Training Centre, a collaboration between CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation) and Zibo Polytechnic University, was held at TAR UMT. This event marks an important step towards fostering mutual cooperation and educational exchange between the two institutions, promising fruitful endeavors in the future.
