2025 |
From 3 March to 7 March 2025 TAR UMT organised a 5-day programme for international students from SP, from 3 March to 7 March 2025. During the programme, students participated in workshops focused on communication and creativity, engaged in interactive sessions with TAR UMT students, went on industrial visits, and joined sightseeing tours that provided cultural and industry insights.

2024 |
From 26 September to 4 October 2024 TAR UMT organized a 9-day study tour for TAR UMT students to Singapore Polytechnic from 26 September to 4 October 2024. During this tour, students had the opportunity to explore the Singapore Design Week, participated in a Studio Photography Master Class, engaged in workshops on Freelancing in Web 3.0, lead generation, and other activities related to the creative industry.
From 9 June 2024 to 12 June 2024 CPE organized a 4-day cultural learning trip for international students from SP, held from 9 June 2024 to 12 June 2024. The program included visits to local companies, networking sessions with TAR UMT students, and cultural exploration activities. This initiative provided participants with valuable insights into Malaysian industries, fostered cross-cultural understanding, and facilitated meaningful exchanges between students from both institutions.
From 10 March 2024 to 15 March 2024 On 10 March 2024, TAR UMT welcomed 14 students and 2 lecturers from SP's Media Arts and Design program through the Inbound Mobility Programme managed by CPE. This exchange program is part of the commitment established in the Memorandum of Understanding signed between SP and TAR UMT on 14 December 2023. Students from both institutions benefited greatly from workshops and cultural exchanges, enhancing their understanding of diverse perspectives. The program fosters a globalized approach to education, offering participants opportunities to broaden their knowledge and perspectives for future career paths.

2023 |
14 December 2023 The Memorandum of Understanding between TAR UMT and SP was signed on 16 March 2023. Both parties aim to conduct exchange programs, both academic and non-academic, involving staff and students. This is intended to foster cooperation and advance educational collaboration, deepen mutual understanding, and enhance teaching, learning, and internationalization goals, while operating within the framework of their respective laws, regulations, and policies, based on principles of reciprocity.
