Under the Staff Exchange programme, staff from the Yamagata University was invited to be the guest lecturer to deliver teaching to students at TAR UMT.

The Memorandum of Understanding and Student Exchange Agreement between Faculty of Applied Sciences, TAR UMT and Faculty of Engineering, Yamagata University was signed on 20 December 2022. Both Agreements were signed to promote development and friendship between the two universities via international cooperation in education and research.
