The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Education and Student Exchange Agreement between TAR UMT and ZSDU was signed on 25 October 2023.  TAR UMT and ZSDU were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
