The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Education between TAR UMT and Zhengzhou Business University was signed on 13 June 2023.  TAR UMT and Zhengzhou Business University were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
