The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Education between Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) and Linyi University was signed on 31 August 2023 to enable both institutions to share common and fundamental objectives of promoting and developing higher education opportunities in Malaysia and China.
