The Memorandum of Understanding on Education Exchange and Cooperation between TAR UMT and HBEU was signed on 26 June 2023.  This MOU is designed to foster goodwill, strengthen cultural ties, and broaden faculty and student experiences and horizons through academic exchange and mutual cooperation in teaching and research.
