The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Education between TAR UMT and Changsha Nanfang Professional College was signed on 22 November 2024.  TAR UMT and Changsha Nanfang Professional College were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
