TAR UMT hosted students from MNUST for a 15-week English Enhancement Programme from 25 January to 9 May 2026, providing them with opportunities to improve their language skills and gain academic enrichment.

TAR UMT organised a one-week study tour for international students from MNUST and Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, including cultural and language workshops, participation in the FAFB International Researcher and Student Conference (IRSC), and sightseeing activities, from 11 August 2025 to 17 August 2025.

Senior officials from TAR UMT visited MNUST on 14 October 2024 to further explore potential collaboration opportunities.

During the visitation, TAR UMT and MNUST signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Education. Both institutions were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
