ZFC visited TAR UMT on 21 December 2023 to further discuss on student exchange, staff exchange, collaboration on research/ scholarly activities, academic programme collaboration and etc.

Senior Officials of TAR UMT visited ZFC on 1 September 2023. During the visitation, both Universities had gained an insight into future trends in education, research and innovation in China and how the universities collaborate with the industry and contribute to the wider community.

Prof. Ir. Dr. Lee Sze Wei was invited by ZFC to deliver a keynote speech on “Vocational and Technical Education Development in the Post-pandemic Era-New Changes, New Ways and New Skills” in the Vocational Education and Industrial Restructuring Session of World Vocational and Technical Education Development Conference held on 20 August 2022.

A Virtual MOU Signing Ceremony between TAR UMT and ZFC was held on 29 March 2022. The purpose of the MOU was to facilitate academic research and development exchanges between the parties, including mutual visits and cooperation by faculty members to pursue teaching, conduct research, programmes development and other academic activities.

TAR UMT President was invited by ZFC to deliver an e-speech for the 2020 Forum on the topic of “The Challenges facing by International Education Services in the Post-pandemic Era” that held in China on 30 October 2020.

From 23 October 2019 to 26 October 2019

The inaugural TAR UMT International Student Conference 2019 ('ISC 2019')” was organised by the Faculty of Accountancy, Finance and Business, in partnership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ('ACCA'), Coventry University, Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance and Zhejiang Financial College. ISC 2019 was held on 25 and 26 October 2019 at the TAR UMT, Kuala Lumpur Main Campus with the theme "Building Bridges, Creating Possibilities".

15 March 2019

The Memorandum of Understanding between TAR UMT and ZFC was signed on 15 March 2019 at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology. The purpose of the MOU was to facilitate academic research and development exchanges between the parties, including mutual visits and cooperation by faculty members to pursue teaching, conduct research, programmes development and other academic activities.

A group of students from Kuala Lumpur Main Campus and Penang Branch Campus of TAR UMT participated in the study tour to ZFC from 17 May 2019 to 25 May 2019.
