TAR UMT and Guangzhou Urban Construction Vocational School signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 14 October 2025 to promote collaboration in the field of education.

Both institutions recognize that educational cooperation plays an important role in fostering mutual understanding between China and Malaysia. They also share the belief that education goes beyond academic achievement and aims to nurture students’ all-round development. This MOU reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to work together in the spirit of mutual understanding and partnership.
