Senior officials from Lanzhou University visited TAR UMT for a plaque unveiling ceremony on 23 December 2024. The visit continued on 24 December 2024, with insightful talks delivered to undergraduate and postgraduate students, fostering academic exchange and collaboration.

From 16 July 2024 to 22 July 2024

As part of the Staff Exchange Program, staff from FOAS have been invited to serve as guest lecturers at the School of Public Health, Lanzhou University, from 16 July 2024 to 22 July 2024.

This collaborative initiative aims to foster knowledge exchange and enhance academic cooperation between the two institutions, promoting a deeper understanding of respective research methodologies and practices in the field of public health.

8 January 2024

The Memorandum of Understanding, Staff Exchange Agreement and Student Exchange Agreement between TAR UMT and Lanzhou University was signed on 8 January 2024. The Agreements were signed to promote development and friendship between the two universities via international cooperation in education and research.
