The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in Vocational Education between TAR UMT, QHVTC, and Qingdao Haizhichen Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd was signed on 23 September 2025.

The MOU aimed to deepen international exchanges and cooperation among the three parties, based on the principle of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation, to promote school-enterprise exchanges and collaborative initiatives.
