TAR UMT takes the lead in providing TAR UMT students with the valuable opportunity to thrive in the E-Commerce industry. With the strategic collaboration with Guangdong Lingnan Modern Technician College and Guangdong Zhuoyue Qiancheng Education Services Co. Ltd being made official today, TAR UMT students can now pursue the E-Commerce Programme Series and be given internship and job placement opportunities with Jing Dong ('JD).com.

A group of students and lecturers participated in the E-Commerce Study Tour by LNMTC in September 2019.

1 July 2019

A Memorandum of Agreement (Training Centre in E-commerce) between Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, Lingnan Modern Technician College and Guangdong Zhuoyue Qiancheng Education Services Co. Ltd. was signed on 1 July 2019. TAR UMT, LNMTC and BF will jointly establish the Training Centres in E-commerce (Centres) at TAR UMT.

5 May 2019

TAR UMT was invited to participate in the LMSTS Upgrading Celebration on 5 May 2019.

27 February 2019

LMSTS visited TAR UMT at its KL Main Campus on 27 February 2019. During the visit, Prof Ir Dr Lee Sze Wei, President of TAR UMT signed an Memorandum of Understanding with Mr Huang Keming, President of LMSTS to strengthen bonds between the two higher education institutions.
