From 18 August to 23 August 2025

Under the Staff Exchange Programme between JIM and TAR UMT, a staff member from TAR UMT was invited as a guest lecturer to deliver lessons to students at JIM from 18 August to 23 August 2025.

The sessions covered Organizational Behavior with a focus on contemporary trends and leadership, Talent Acquisition including the use of AI in HR, and Performance Management Systems, addressing the management of top performers in a hybrid workplace from a global perspective and the application of technology and software in PMS.

From 11 August to 17 August 2024

Under the Staff Exchange programme, staff from JIM was invited to be the guest lecturer to deliver teaching to students at TAR UMT between 11 August and 17 August 2024.

6 March 2024

Representatives from JIM visited TAR UMT on 6 March 2024 to further explore potential collaboration opportunities.

During the visitation, TAR UMT and JIM signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Both institutions were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.
