The Staff Exchange Agreement between TAR UMT and Wen Hua College was signed on 13 March 2024 to promote academic cooperation, facilitate knowledge exchange, and enhance collaboration between the two institutions.

16 November 2023

The Memorandum of Understanding and Student Exchange Agreement between TAR UMT and Wen Hua College was signed on 16 November 2023. Both Agreements were signed to promote development and friendship between the two universities via international cooperation in education and research.
