TAR UMT, SDECU and Qingdao Haizhichen Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. signed a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 22 September 2025.

The MoU signifies the three parties’ shared commitment to fostering collaboration in the academic and research fields. It aims to promote educational and research initiatives grounded in the principles of fairness, mutual benefit, and shared advancement.
