The Memorandum of Understanding between TAR UMT and UE was signed on 2 October 2023.  TAR UMT and UE were agreed to develop, promote and cooperate with one another in various activities such as: sharing of academic knowledge and best practices; staff and student engagements; and fostering partnerships and long term relationships with one another.

TAR UMT visited UE on 8 August 2023 to discuss on student exchange, staff exchange, collaboration on research/ scholarly activities, academic programme collaboration and etc.
