OUTLINE
This workshop is a hands-on workshop where you can learn the right way of making the delicious Basque burnt cheesecake. In addition, the workshops can helps you relax from your work while having dessert to eat after the workshop. You can enjoy the cheesecake that you make yourself with a sense of achievement!

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the right equipment and utensils used for making burnt Basque Cheesecake
- Learned the right methods and techniques in making burnt Basque cheesecake
- Demonstrate the comprehension of a well-constructed burnt Basque cheesecake
Trainer
Chef Mohd Nor Ahmar Bin Mohd Sanip
A dedicated chef and lecturer attached to the Faculty of Social Science and Humanities (FSSH), TAR UMT. He has been working in the industry for about 7 years before joining the academic line. His expertise is on pastry and bakery subject which includes breads, pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, as well as desserts recipes, such as custards, sauces, French pastries, chocolates, to name a few.
