The course is suitable for swimmers who have at least some knowledge in swimming or attended Level 1 & Level 2 (aged 17 and above)
Prerequisite : Participants must be able to swim at least 50m basic breaststroke and freestyle.
Syllabus : Intermediate backstroke & basic butterfly stroke, lifesaving Bronze Medallion certification (Optional).
