Ts. Br. Ng Teck Wei is a highly qualified and experienced professional in the field of Construction Management. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from University Tunku Abdul Rahman and a Master in Engineering (Civil) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. In addition to his academic qualifications, Ts. Br. Ng is a Professional Technologist registered under the Malaysia Board of Technologists. He is also a Certified Builder registered with the Association of Certified Construction and Project Development Managers, Malaysia (ACCPM).

In the realm of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Ts. Br. Ng holds several certifications, including Advanced Level Certification in Tekla Structure by Trimble, BIM Modeller (Architectural and Structure) CIDB certified, BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager CIDB certified, as well as the BSI BIM Project Information Professional certification, which is based on ISO 19650 standards. This certification demonstrates his expertise in managing information throughout the BIM project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the international standards for organising and digitising information in construction projects.

With over a decade of experience in the industry and academia, Ts. Br. Ng has established himself as an expert in Construction Management. He actively serves as a Council member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Malaysia. Additionally, Ts. Br. Ng holds the title of Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) through CIOB and has taught Construction Management for over 8 years. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and serves as an Assessment Panel Member of the Technology and Technical Accreditation Council (TTAC) under the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT).

Currently, Ts. Br. Ng is the Associate Dean (Head of Department) at the Department of Construction Management at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT). With experience in both industry and academia, he understands the challenges and opportunities in Construction Management. His expertise in BIM and related technologies allows him to contribute to the industry's development and educate future professionals.
