Have you just started taking up the game of suash? If so, congratulations! It is an incredibly fun game that will challenge you - in a good way - both mentally and physically. Squash is not only great fun but fabulous exercise for cardio workout and one of the ways to stay health and fit. You can be sure that you will enjoy it and at the same time, build your fitness and self confidence!
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to :
- Learn the basic techniques of squash
- Expose to the variation of training drills
- Develop fitness components while wngaging in the game
- Gameplay with basic rules and strategies

Ms Chia Geik Huei holds a Master of Education in Sports Scence (UPSI) and Bachelor (Hons) in Sports Science (Universiti Malaya). She is a Certified Coach and Fitness Instructor. She is currently attached to the Department of Student Affairs, TAR UMT
