The course is suitable for swimmers who have at least some knowledge in swimming or attended Level 1 (aged 17 and above)

Prerequisite : Participants must be able to swim at least 25m basic breaststroke and freestyle.
Syllabus : Intermediate breaststroke & freestyle, basic backstroke, lifesaving Elementary/Intermediate certification (Optional).
