This workshop is ideal for participants who wants to become more confident and knowing yourself better. It will increase your emotional and physical well-being. Besides, this workshop covers basic steps of Tai Chi, application of defence mechanism and basic Push Hand (推手).
At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
• perform the basic concepts of Tai Chi.
• coordinate hands and legs movements better.
• focus on deep and slow breathing.
• gain better self-confidence.
Trainer
Dr Lee Tze Jiun is a Senior lecturer in the Division of Engineering and Science, Centre of Pre-University Studies, TAR University Of Management And Technology. She is currently the advisor of TAR UMT Tai Chi Chuan Co-Curricular Programme since 2017. She’s been learning and teaching Tai Chi Chuan for 10 years.
