The TAR University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT) CFA Level 1 Preparatory Course is designed to cater for candidates who will
sit for the CFA Examination.
The CFA L1 prep course will focus on the tools that are crucial to investment valuation and portfolio management. In addition, the concepts of
asset classes, securities, and markets will be thoroughly discussed to guide the participants on how to answer the analytical questions in the
examination.
The CFA Institute of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct will be emphasised and covered comprehensively to equip the
participants with the necessary knowledge to take the CFA examination.

Revision Classes will focus on the important points of the CFAsyllabus so that participants will be more confident in tackling the issues and
concepts to be asked in the examination. The course will also discuss sample CFA examination questions and provide guidance to the
participants so that they will be able to answer the examination questions more confidently. A mock examination will be conducted to
simulate the actual CFAexamination. Constant feedback sessions will be carried throughout the course.
