In any organisation, everyone encounters problems and faces critical decisions.

This course aims to familiarise the participants with the necessary skills, motivation, tools and techniques in systematically solving day-to-day problems at the workplace.

By attending this 2-day course, the participants will equip themselves with practical
strategies for identifying, analysing and solving work-related problems. Participants in teams will undertake a real-life work related problem solving simulation during the training session.
