The Japanese Language Module 1 course equips beginners with an elementary level of spoken Japanese to enable them to engage in basic Japanese conversation in a social setting.

Course Contents:

• Write and read in Hiragana and Katakana


• Daily greetings and social expressions


• Engage in simple telephone conversations and make appointments


• Introduce oneself and others


• Understand numbers and age

Mr. Chee Shang Shong holds a JLPT N1 level certificate. He obtained his Degree in Social Science from the University of Yamaguchi, Japan and his Master?s Degree in Social Science from Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan. He has been teaching Japanese for over 10 years in TAR UMT.
