This is a hands-on course to build a mobile application. This course covers the basic features of user interface design to a detailed view at data storage, retrieval and sharing using a database.

This course is intended for people who have some prior object-oriented programming experience. The course will introduce you to the basics of the mobile operating system and mobile application components.

Dr See Kwee Teck is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT). He has a degree in Business Information Systems from Campbell University, US, a master degree in Interactive Multimedia Systems from Liverpool John Moores, UK, and a PhD in Creative Multimedia from Multimedia University, Malaysia. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience. He has been teaching mobile application development since the year 2012.
