This course equips participants with practical Mandarin communication skills essential for business, workplace, and professional networking. It is designed for professionals and learners who wish to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues, investors, and business partners — whether in local or regional Chinese business environment.


Focusing on real workplace and business scenarios, the course helps participants strengthen their ability to build rapport, conduct discussions, and develop collaborations with Chinese counterparts. It also supports those looking to enhance employability and career prospects through improved communication and cultural understanding. Participants will learn to apply key aspects of Chinese business etiquette, negotiation style, and relationship-building to achieve greater business and communication success.

  Trainer
Ms. Khaw is an ICTP Certified Mandarin Trainer (Beijing Language and Culture University) and an HRD Corp TTT-Exempted Trainer. She is the founder of MandoPro, where she designs and delivers Business and Workplace Mandarin programmes tailored for professionals who engage with Chinese clients, partners, suppliers, or leadership teams. Her programmes combine language instruction with cultural intelligence and real-world business applications.
She is also a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, and leadership roles within public-listed companies.
