This course focuses on the roles’ stakeholders play in a contract, the administration of construction contracts and provide an overall understanding of interpreting particular contract clauses. Lessons include case studies relevant to the construction contracts in Malaysia focusing in PAM and JKR forms of contract.

  Trainer

Ts. Hashdi Abdul Muid holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Arizona. He also obtained his MBA from University Putra Malaysia and attended the Senior Management Program by Harvard Business School in 2002. Ts. Hashdi Abdul Muid is a certified trainer. Currently, Ts. Hashdi is a Senior Lecturer at Tunku Abdul Rahman University Management and Technology with his specialty in Project Management and Contract Administration. Prior to TAR UMT, Ts. Hashdi has more than 20 years of Industrial experience ultimately as a General Manager in a public Listed company. He has extensive project management experience in charge of projects in Malaysia, Australia and the United Arab Emirates. His experience includes high-rise towers, township developments and major infrastructure works.
