Course Objective
This course is designed to:
- Improve students’ understanding and skills in Mathematics.
- Prepare students to meet the entry requirements for Diploma or Bachelor programmes at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
- Build a strong foundation for further studies in mathematics.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this course, students will be able to:
1. Solve problems with quadratic functions and equations, sets, and linear inequalities in two variables.
2. Apply mathematical reasoning, work with matrices, interpret graphs of motion, and use mathematical modelling.
3. Calculate measures of dispersion for ungrouped and grouped data, and find probabilities of combined events.
