The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), was founded in 1959 as an affiliate body to The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), and is now one of the Divisions of CGI.
