This is a hands-on training programme designed to impart the skill to use the seven essential Quality Control (QC) tools (which are most commonly used in the industry) to solve quality problems and undertake improvement projects.
Participants will learn the Quality Control Circle (QCC) methodology and the use of the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle. Integration of the tools into a practical system based on the PDCA cycle will be emphasised. The benefits of QCC/PDCA implementation to the organisation, the team and the individual employee will be highlighted.
