To be a centre committed to developing scientific research in
the field of personality and promoting emotional excellence
among people both locally and internationally.
a. To promote and encourage researches in the field of
psychology especially personality development.
b. To engage academic staff and students in research activities
related to Leonard personality Inventory.
c. To share research findings so that TAR UC researchers can
conduct further researches related to LPI Model.
d. To conduct corporate training to clients and generate income
through the training to fund the research activities for the
center.
